Their manual is ridiculously free of facts and calling them doesn't get you any further. The remote would not register any azimuth movement right or left, altho, it did move and I finally got signals - once. It just wouldn't hook up to the satellites.
I bought a $700.00 Vu Qube 1000 unit over a year ago and have just recently had the opportunity to use it.
